Mua.Vin’ s Maintenance Module assists maintenance managers to schedule and follow periodic maintenance activities to keep vehicles in service at any time. It is a comprehensive support system for cost of ownership and fix-or-replace decisions.

Although their periodic checks are done, the vehicles have still potential to break down risks while carrying goods in heavy conditions. Mua.Vin assists drivers to establish a secure communication with the fleet manager when their truck breaks down. Fleet manager receives email real-time when the driver pushes breakdown button. The email consists of the message, the text written by the driver and the geographical location of emergency.

Mua.Vin assists fleet manager to monitor drivers’ compliance to delivery plan. If driver does not comply with the sequence of delivery points, it is recorded and emailed to operation center instantly.

Mua.Vin helps fleet manager to trace green gas emission as well. It already traces the mileage /km that vehicle covered. Mua.Vin uses the table of UK Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA). DEFRA useS the mileage/km as a key metric.

Thanks to the DEFRA table, Mua.Vin enables fleet manager to monitor each vehicle’s emission and fleet’s total emission real-time.

The only thing the fleet manager will do is to enter the right values from the Mua.Vin database.

Then, the fleet manager can monitor and report each vehicle’s green gas emission on CO2E unit.

Mua.Vin also enables fleet manager to change emission factor and coefficient based on the changes that took place on the vehicle.
